Responsible for providing full secretarial support such as: processing and maintaining all correspondence, handling and referring incoming messages/telephone calls, managing the agenda and mailbox, organizing meetings, arranging business trips, hotels, flights, taxis, transfers, lunches, dinners, preparing presentations.
